Bunny Park

HANWELL

Officially called Churchfield’s recreation ground but locally known as the bunny park, this large green space has 2 playgrounds, a cafe, zoo, loos (not always open), tennis courts and nice paths to stroll around. Connected to Brent Meadow if you walk under the viaduct and also the small sensory park on Church Road via the woodland path.

A Sandy park! Official name 'King George Playground'. Great for toddlers that like climbing and clambering but also swings for smaller ones and some green space to kick a ball around etc

More formal park accessed from Boston Road, with a bandstand in the centre, good paths and a playground. Big green space out the back with stoney paths running all the way out to the canal.

Part of Horsenden Hill, near Perivale. Great shortish loop for little ones to walk, with Gruffalo characters to be found on the way round - perfect encouragement to get them round. Often the Horsenden Loaf stall is open with excellent coffee and incredible doughnuts.

Popular dog walking park with a good playground in the middle and another near Tippitoes Playcentre. Northfields gate very handy for coffee (we recommend Element) or a spot of shopping. Exit at the opposite end of the park to get into Walpole - it's fancier sibling park.

A great park for pushing the buggy around thanks to it's many, many paths. Small ponds, nice cafe (no indoor seats), sandy playground and the Pitzhanger Manor and Gallery make it a park you can spend an hour or a day in.
