Botanical Gardens, lots of different areas to explore - childrens garden is specially designed for kids and fun for first walkers and up. Lots of places to eat, each offering different styles of dining, although on a nice day a picnic is ideal. You're never too far from a toilet. Expensive for a one off trip, but the membership is good value if you go every few months or more.
